Terms of use

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the Pyrma platform ("the Service"). By using the Service, you accept these ToU without reservation.

1. Purpose

Pyrma is a SaaS platform for Amazon-to-Amazon (A2A) arbitrage support, enabling the detection, analysis and tracking of resale opportunities between European Amazon marketplaces.

2. Acceptance and modification

Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of the ToU. The publisher reserves the right to modify them at any time; users will be informed of any substantial change, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. User account

Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. You undertake to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

4. User obligations

  • Use the Service in accordance with the laws and regulations in force;
  • Not to impair the operation, security or integrity of the Service;
  • Not to extract, resell or redistribute the Service's data without authorization;
  • Not to use unauthorized automated means to access the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its technology, its content and its trademarks remain the exclusive property of the publisher. No provision of the ToU entails any assignment of intellectual property rights to the user.

6. Availability and maintenance

The publisher strives to ensure continuous availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance operations may result in temporary suspensions.

7. Liability

Pyrma provides information and estimates for guidance only. Purchase and resale decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. The publisher shall not be held liable for any commercial losses resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these ToU.

9. Applicable law

The ToU are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, failing an amicable resolution.
