• Billing data: processed through our payment provider Stripe; we do not store your full bank details.
• Usage data: pages viewed, actions within the application, preferences.

• Provide and manage your account and the service — performance of the contract.
• Manage billing and subscriptions — performance of the contract / legal obligation.
• Improve the service and measure audience — legitimate interest / consent.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to our authorized teams and to our technical processors (hosting, payment, analytics, support), which act on our instructions and provide guarantees compliant with the GDPR. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your data is retained for the duration of your contractual relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal periods (in particular 13 months for audience measurement data). Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Some processors may be located outside the EU. In such cases, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or an adequacy decision).
