This policy describes how Pyrma collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés").
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted).
- Billing data: processed through our payment provider Stripe; we do not store your full bank details.
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions within the application, preferences.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (see our cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide and manage your account and the service — performance of the contract.
- Manage billing and subscriptions — performance of the contract / legal obligation.
- Improve the service and measure audience — legitimate interest / consent.
- Send you communications — consent.
- Ensure security and prevent fraud — legitimate interest.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to our authorized teams and to our technical processors (hosting, payment, analytics, support), which act on our instructions and provide guarantees compliant with the GDPR. We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
Your data is retained for the duration of your contractual relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal periods (in particular 13 months for audience measurement data). Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some processors may be located outside the EU. In such cases, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or an adequacy decision).
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- The right to access, rectify and erase your data;
- The right to restrict and object to processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time;
- The right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, backups) to protect your data against any unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
