Terms of sale
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern the subscription to the paid plans of the Pyrma service. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these ToS.
1. Offers and prices
The features and prices of the subscriptions are presented on the Pricing page of the Site. Prices are stated in euros; the applicable VAT is specified at the time of ordering. Prices may be changed at any time, with current subscriptions remaining at the subscribed rate until their renewal.
2. Subscription
Subscription is carried out online by creating an account and choosing a plan. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Payments are charged upon subscription and then at each renewal date.
4. Duration, renewal and trial
Subscriptions are taken out for a monthly or annual term and are automatically renewed for the same term, unless cancelled before the due date. A free trial period may be offered under the conditions indicated at the time of subscription.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a 14-day withdrawal period. However, this right cannot be exercised for a service that has been fully performed before the end of the period where the customer has given their express consent and waived their right of withdrawal. Professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
6. Termination
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro rata refund unless otherwise required by law.
7. Liability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is". The data and estimates provided are given for guidance only and carry no guarantee of commercial results. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount of the sums paid for the subscription over the last 12 months.
8. Customer service and mediation
For any complaint, contact our customer service at pyrmacorp@gmail.com.
9. Applicable law
These ToS are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, failing an amicable resolution.
